3. Purpose: The heart chakra is considered the center of love, compassion, and empathy. It governs our relationships, not only with others but also with ourselves. It is associated with qualities such as forgiveness, acceptance, and kindness.
4. Physical Association: While the heart chakra is primarily an energy center, it is often linked to the physical heart, lungs, chest, and circulatory system. Imbalances in the heart chakra may manifest as physical or emotional issues related to these areas.
5. Imbalances: An imbalance in the heart chakra can manifest as either excessive or deficient energy. An overactive heart chakra may lead to being overly emotional, clingy, or codependent, while an underactive one may result in emotional numbness, difficulty connecting with others, or a lack of empathy.
